Reborn
In French, the meaning of the name Renee is: Reborn. In honoring my birthday today, I want to further explore the meaning, the impact of being Reborn. What an amazing opportunity that we have been given in life – to start again each day and in each moment.
The sun rises and sets. The sun rises providing light, awareness, warmth, and opportunity.
I truly think that we can all experience Heaven on Earth. It’s aligning our hearts and minds with existence. How often do we ponder the sun rising and setting, the birds chirping in the early morning, being fully present and sharing our hearts with the people we love.
According to Merriam Webster online dictionary, the definition of existence is:
b : reality as presented in experience
or more expressly detailed:
a : the state or fact of having being especially independently of human consciousness and as contrasted with nonexistence
I am providing multiple definitions for each person to be able to derive their own meaning and understanding.
To use the 2nd definition above, “being especially independently of human consciousness”. We are all given a mind, consciousness in order for us to have experiences. We can mold our perceptions and perspective in order to gain understanding and create meaning out of our experiences.
We each have in our control the ability to create value and fulfillment out of our lives, even in our daily task list. Heaven on earth can be cultivated by our choices of how to use our minds and to feel from our hearts.
Rebirth can happen every day, in every moment. Before us and within us are opportunities to enrich and derive meaning and purpose out of our lives. We just have to slow down, connect with what’s true and be open to receiving the beauty of life through sharing our hearts and minds with others. It’s shifting our perspectives to be more grounded, mindful, heartful and hopeful. The prospect of being able to cause a rebirth every day in our lives is up to us by the choices we make.
On this day, let’s celebrate a rebirth – a rebirth of perspective and of heart.
